Application for a SenseCAP M1 refund will be approved if the SenseCAP M1 failure is caused by a seeedstudio and sensecapmx website crash or website failure to complete a purchase transaction.
If approved, the refund will be credited back to you in the form of payment that was made at the time of purchase. Since payment was made via HNT and PayPal, you will receive an HNT credit in your wallet and a credit to your PayPal account in USD. Refund Instructions and Process:
- Please make sure your coupon code has not been used.

- The customer service team will verify all the information and will get back to you via the email address associated with the account.
- When the refund application is approved, the coupon code refund will be processed at 15:00 UTC+8 on the second working day. We will inform the transaction ID when we finish the transaction.
- The SenseCAP coupon code will be refunded in HNT. The HNT quantity is calculated at 15:00 UTC+8 on the second working day real-time exchange rate, $101/oracle, $201/oracle, $301/oracle. SenseCAP MX team will pay an extra $1/oracle HNT to compensate for the handling fee. For example, when you purchase the SenseCAP Coupon Code, the oracle price is $10 / HNT, you pay 10 HNT to SenseCAP MX for a $100 USD value coupon. At the time when we refund you, the oracle price is $5 / HNT, SenseCAP MX team will refund 20.2 HNT (101/5) to you. The goal is to refund you the value which equals $101 USD.
